Tonight I enjoyed dinner and wine afterwork with my co-worker (Kaeisha) and her friend at Tillman's in New York City. This Ultra Trendy, 70s Funk decorated bar and lounge, which is black owned by Mr. Lesly Bernard is located at 165 West 26th Street in Manhattan, NY. I had a great evening. The atmosphere at Tillmans was were cozy and exclusive. I also love the fact that its located next to my office building. On a rating scale from 1-5, I would give Tillmans a 4 for the atmosphere and food. I was very impressed with the Gumbo. I am a native of Louisiana and I know hoe Gumbo should taste and this was the closet I have tasted since I been to NYC. Also I saw BJ Coleman (worked with Kimora Lee Simons) there, he was in the booth behind me and my party.
