First off,Shouts out to JAY! If you didn't know, Jay-Z is a huge fan or Pres. elect Barack Obama. So to show his love, if you will, he will be performing the night before the inaguration (January 19, 2009) at Warner Theatre. The tickets go on sale January 1, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Live Nation.
