SAGGING & LOW-RISE

I just don't get it. Why would a grown man or woman want to show their butt to the world? Low rise jeans that expose everything is the same as men with sagging pants #imjussayin. Check out the video below from my brother, C'Yo (The Drop Show). He conducted interviews with students to get their opinion on "sagging".
