This dynamic duo headquartered in Miami, Florida, has built the brand into a worldwide phenomenon with several labels including Bogosse, Bogosse Privé, Bogosse Femme, and Bogosse Comme Papa. The Bogosse flagship store is in Düsseldorf, Germany and the designs are distributed throughout North America, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Carried at Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, the designs combine regal classical elements juxtaposed against modern interpretations delivering nothing short of a luxurious and intelligent design. Under the direction of the Tardieu brothers, the signature hand-finished woven dress shirts are produced from the highest quality cottons, custom European jacquards, poplins, double-faced and printed wovens.
“Each stitch, seam and idea comes to life in a way that is reflective of the highest level of craftsmanship and innovation” says Fabrice Tardieu, the Creative Director of Bogosse.
Iconic Bogosse accoutrements include: Bogosse-patented square buttons with holes on placket and cuff stitching on the bias; cuffs that integrate signature leather and silver hardware closures; colorful and playfully pronounced stitching; strong collars that vary in their spread and height with some revealing a surprise cut-away fabric shape on the back fold; artistic and fluid embroidery. All colors, textures and prints are influenced by seasons and by the natural elements of the international landscape inspired from the cosmopolitan experiences of the Tardieu brothers.
Fit is essential to the Bogosse silhouette – cut close to the body and slimming while maintaining enough drapes to be versatile when worn alone or under a jacket. The result is modern, sleek and tailored – the image of a Bogosse man. Check out more at Bogosse Online.
