Imagine this: It's a Thursday evening, you are in a beautiful designed restaurant with an array of beautiful people, dim lights and libations flowing while soft music plays in the background. Well, this was the scene at HGTV's "Selling New York" Premier Party.

On Thursday, January 6, 2011, HGTV along with Gotham Magazine hosted the season premiere of "Selling New York" at Asellina located in the NEW Gansevoort Park Hotel. Of the many guests, the show stars, Richard Steinburg (Mega-Real Estate Agent at Warburg Realty) and Andres Hogg (Espais NY Corporation) were in attendance. Andres is the developer for one of the top selling luxury condos in Manhattan, Twenty9th Park-Madison.

Some of the noteworthy attendees of the night included: Gotham & Hamptons Magazine Publisher, Debra Halpert; Gotham Magazine Editor, Samantha Yanks; Tinsley Mortimer; Renee Steinberg; PJ Marks of Millionaire Matchmaker; supermodel Selita Ebanks; Dr. Shawn Sadri; Dr. Robert Grant, as well as Elaine Sargent and "Entourage" creator Doug Ellin.
